Two decades ago I was in the Gen Av at Lake Tahoe and ran into John Travolta. I asked him about "Urban Cowboy," set in Houston TX. He said his character, Bud, was bases on some yokel from Western NY, a "mechanic" who tried to fit into the Houston scene. Could this be Scotty?!
