Yes. In June he said in his videos.
But is sounds to me like he wants to move to R.I.

yeah TX and TN sound better to me
I would love to leave TX and be on the East Coast. Rhode Island looks nice, but Maine or Massachusetts would be my first choices. Salem, Mass would be a great place to set up shop. Icy winters, mild summers, and tons of history. Sounds great.
I lived in New Hampshire for a few years. Nice in the summer but brutal winters. It's not for me, I hate cold weather.

Be patient, he will be back to TN soon enough (June). He’s got family down there as well (one reason he moved to TN in first place from Houston).
