hey scotty im 17 years old and looking at buying a 2005 dodge durango sxt 4x4 4.7L v8 automatic with 160,000 miles on it for $4000 is it a good buy and good suv for going to school and work in

No , it's a bad deal for such an old car. I would also stay away from Dodge products. The transmissions are junk.

Meh. It's a truck. It's built better than Chrysler cars of the era, but you can do better for $4,000

I put the $4000 towards college, it’s best too dodge any Dodge product. However $4000 could buy nice Civic SI
