How reliable are the 2GR-FKS and 2GR-FSE engines? Will they last over 200,000 miles trouble free?

They should, from what I’ve seen Toyota has duel injectors so you don’t get tons buildup on the valves. To my knowledge they don’t have just a straight up GDI motor. If someone needs to correct me on this please do.
Those 2 engines the OP mentions have both port and direct injection.
