What do you think? Broken cat or something else?
Ringing/rattling noise and hollow sound at 2500 rpm.

It has been diagnosed. It seems to be the drive axle bearing.
I don't know the english name for it, but it's a bearing near the transmission, not a cv joint.
It's a celica ST202 in case you're curious.

something is loose. Get it up in the air, and give it a thorough visual.
