How to safely jack up a car with rusted out jacking points?

Good afternoon,

I have a question about how to safely jack up my 2008 mazda 3. The car's undercarriage is quite rusted and whenever I try to jack it up on the pinch joints, it sounds like the metal is going to give way ( it already did this once on the drivers side ). I do not have a low profile jack to reach the cross member in the front. On what parts can I safely jack up my vehicle and then place the jack stands on?

Thank you.

Refer to your owners manual for the safe spots to lift up the vehicle. Make sure you have a few jackstands too so the weight of the car isnt entirely on the jack while youre under it.

You can also try ramps if youre uncomfortable jacking it up.
