2012 Jeep JK unlimited dealership says —-“yeah you take good care of it but it’s ball joint time and complete job to do upper and lower will be $2300”

How do I go to another front end shop and see what’s the real situation? How do I word it? How do I ask the question?  Thx Scotty

Honestly might not need them all replaced. Just check for boots that are torn and any joints that you can shake by hand that might make any noise. Just take it to any mechanic and ask them to do a full suspension check and see what they say if you aren't sure.
