I don't know much about cars but I took my car to a mechanic and it has misfires in the 5th and 7th cylinder and they changed the spark plugs and coils and it still misfires, what should I try next to fix these misfires

I would check the spark plug wires next. If there are no issues there, it would be time to take it to a mechanic.
