Scotty,

I know you're not a fan of FCA so much, and I know why. I just want to say, an honest dealer or mechanic can make a LOT of difference. I have a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 that I bought new (one of only 150 imported to Canada that year) It has 178,000 km, that's 110,000 miles, and has been all good with just the usual maintenance costs. Recently the Parking Brake warning lamp, Forward Collision Warning Off lamp, Traction Control Off lamp, and Automatic Cruise Control Unavailable lamp, all got lit and stayed lit. My dealer cleared the codes, topped up the brake fluid that was a bit low, cleaned the FCW sensor and BINGO! ALL GOOD! .... they could have soaked me, but didn't ... find an honest dealer or good mechanic and stick with them.

Canada is much better when it comes to honest people. And that really is just the truth.

Well you are in Canada where people are generally nice and are always saying sorry about that.

Canada vs California

Big difference

Also there are also places to avoid in Canada like some FCA dealers and oil change places, you can find them at CBC marketplace youtube videos

I'm Canadian, but I've spent a lot of time in the USA, and I think Americans are far more honest, kind, and 'real'.
