Hi, my 2000 Toyota Regius (2.7 L petrol engine, 4 speed Automatic) with 190,000 km (118,000 miles) jerk and make a clunk sound when I engage drive, but otherwisevit is shifting fine.
Any idea what it might be?

Could be a worn CV or universal joint.
