My 2007 jetta city's driver side only opens from the inside and the other front door doesn't open at all. I recently aquired the car and it has been sitting for awhile. It has around 150k miles on it and i can't figure out if its an electrical or mechanical issue. I'd like to know before i take off the door panel, to add, I have changed the battery with a new one if that matters. Thoughts?

You're going to take the doors apart on that one all that cheap plastic crap and Volkswagen something's obviously broken inside often it is the latches that go bad they have a lot of plastic parts in them
