Hello Scotty. I changed the oil for my grandson the other day for his 2016 Nissan Altama (4 cylinder motor). I put in full synthetic 5w-20 mistakenly but just rechecked the specification and I should have used 0w-20 instead. Will this cause any damage by leaving the oil until its due to be changed again, or should I go ahead and change it now? Thank you

Your all good. Both are fully acceptable oils. Just pulled up some specs and it says 0w20 preferred, 5w20 ,5w30 substitutes . Alot of Nissan owners who own these light weight oil cars actually run 5w20 and even 5w30 and don't have any issues.
