i have a 2007 Cadillac Escalade esv AWD Sport 122 k i purchased it used @ 106k had a collapsed lifter ,had a warranty on vehicle and had all lifters replaced , oil pump ,oil sensor, intake valve, head gaskets , exhaust manifold ,engine mounts , battery ..Now there is no knock but a tick .i can not figure it out

That's the issue. The ones who worked on that, did a lousy job.
no i did not bring it to their shop i bought it to the Cadillac dealership i had it re checked by another mechanic and its not the lifters making the noise its something else
Did they tell you what that something else is? Probably not. Find a shop who works on these engines professionally to tell you what the issue is.

this motor specs states it does not have AFM
Escalade did not get AFM until 2010 mine is a 2007
mine is a 2007 escalade did not get AFM until 2010
