Scotty, I hve 2013 an Infinity G37 with 44,000 mil. Just had blown head gasket repaired.
Should I keep car until it dies, or trade for 2017 Honda/Acura?

Sell it and buy yourself a Toyota or Honda.

For a Toyota - yes, bulletproof and you can still get a nice powerful V6.
For a Honda - maybe, the CVT and smaller turbo models are somewhat weak.
