My 2009 kia sportage doesnt move at all and when it climbs up a hilly road. It drags, misfires and the accelerator wont even shift the gear. Especially when the AC is on. There is no enough force to actually push the car to move very fast. What do yo think is the problem

It could be any number of things, but I would check the fuel system. Specifically the fuel filter and, if that's not it, the fuel pump. It sounds like the motor is starving for fuel under stress. Also would be curious to know what kind of mileage you have on the motor.
