Its a 2010 cadillac cts performance automatic transmission with 65,000 miles i have a leak above the backseat passengers head and on the b pillar on the passenger side backseat. Any idea what the issue might be?

do you have a sunroof?
Yes I do. But at the moment its not working
make sure the sunroof drains are clear.
Sunroofs usually have multiple channels that run through the inside of the body of the car and drain out around the wheels wells. The drains can plug up with pine needles and junk and start leaking.
I've also seen leaks in the area you describe be caused by loose rear window washer fluid tubes.
