hello, I have a 2013 ford fusion titanium with a 6 speed auto trans. so I recently had leak that seems to be coming from my left axle seal. went to the mechanic they apparently "replaced" the seal. Well it started leaking again so now the mechanic is saying that is something with a bad trans box or transfer case that is pushing the seal out and causing it to keep leaking. There also is a slight kind of growling noise coming from that exact area. I wanted to get some opinions here before going to different mechanics and seeing what they have to say. Thanks
Well the transmissions do have a vent valve check it to make sure the vent valves in clock because of it is pressure will build up and then blow the seal out. But if not that either you got a cheap seal or the transmission shaft is Warren and it wobbles around and that eats up the sails
pressure will build up in the trans or in the trans shaft?
