I had my car in drive and I was stopped and I thought that the engine was going to die so I put my foot on the gas and it would not go above 1,000rpm and when I went to go again I was stuck going 5 mph but when I got to where I was going I turned off the car and then turned it back on and everything was fine and it would let me drive faster I have a check engine light on and a code for p2112 throttle actuator stock closed. What should I do since it drove fine after I restarted the car. My car has 202110 miles

The throttle was stuck closed. You won't go anywhere like that. Either try to clean it with throttle body cleaner or replace it.
