I recently purchased a Lexus es300 03 188000 miles family car well maintained even kept receipts for a lot of the stuff they've done to it was wondering if it would be a good idea to change the tranny fluid don't know if its ever been done and anything else I should do to it

I would say inspect it first. If it does not have burnt smell and not too dark, go ahead and do the drain and refill.
