Lexus Heating/Cooling seats not working.

Hey everyone.

I recently got Lexus RX350 and its seat's heating/cooling function doesn't seem to be working. The light turns on when I switch to cooling/heating but there isn't any effect from it.

What could be the possible cause?

Thanks in advance!

Have you checked the fuses?

Oh nope I haven't. Where can I find them?

Ok I found the location from YouTube. I'll check it out later. If the fuses are good? What could be next?

If the fuses checked out, then you need ti find out if you have power at the connection (it should probably be under the seat).

So I've looked the fuses, they look fine. I can hear the fan blowing when I turn it on. What seems to be the problem?

If you hear that the seat fan blowing, then they work fine, so the cooling should be working. Does it?

Hm I can hear them spinning but I don't feel anything 😂
