P1346 vvt sensor / camshaft position sensor circuit range/performance problem (bank 1)
what's the location of the sensor

You did not mention the year of your vehicle or mileage. Typically the sensor would be at one end of the camshaft. You can find a shop manual for your car at charm.li which should help.
Note that there are possible causes for P1346 other than the sensor itself, such as a stretched timing chain or belt, or an ECM problem.
