I have a 2002 jeep liberty 3.7L that I replaced both of the front struts myself. I bought the struts already assembled. The problem is now that I drive it there's a knocking sound on both sides especially when I turn. There was no knocking sound before I replaced them. Checked bolts and nuts everything is tight.What could I have done wrong? Thanks.

Does it happen when you turn & accelerate from a standing stop? Like a fast clicking noise?

some struts require the use of sleeves and spacers. Sometimes the new struts come with new ones, and sometimes you have to reuse the old ones. Are you sure that your put back everything you took out?
if you rock the car while it's parked, does it knock then?
