Long Term fuel LTFT -7.8% ok ? (2007 Acura MDX with 121k)

while looking at an engine error code, I decided to be like Scotty in his video and look at short and long time fuel trims (I assume that's what LTFT B1/B2 means)
I used Oreilly's Innova 5300CALaT and it gave me this info

STFT B1 1.6%
LTFT B1 -7.8%
STFT B2 3.1%
LTFT B2 -6.3%

is this ok for a 2007 Acura MDX with 121k ? I have cleaned the intake manifold and throttle body couple months back, and changed the spark plugs around 100k (reclal filter is OK, I have never cleaned air intake sensor). What recommendations if any ?

I cleaned all DTC error code (trying another phone ODB2 app) and LTFT are now 0% (0 miles) but STFT were both around 1.6% at idle. I have not driven the car since then. Thank you!

The range of trims are fine for a 14 years old car.

thank you. otherwise -7.8% means it's running too rich ? what would be the steps ? clean air intake sensor, clean the injectors ?
