Looking at a 2005 Toyota Camry 2.4L with 5 spd manual that has 157000 miles. Any common issues that I should watch out for? Car has only had one owner and is listed for $2600 cad
They are excellent cars especially with the manual. Make sure to have your mechanic check it out before buying it.
Sounds like a sweet deal, hopefully not too good to be true. Make sure to have a mechanic check it out before buying it, not ifs ands or buts. The earlier years had a common problem with stripped head bolts, but not so much 2005. I went online to do some research for you about common problems, but there really aren't any. Just a bunch of reports of both minor and major things here and there, so thats why a mechanic inspection is so important to make sure its in good shape.
