Looking at used cars

Hi Scotty, someone I know is looking at buying newer used vehicles. The one specific vehicle they are looking at is a 2018 Mazda CX-5 sport with 11,577 miles with a 6-speed automatic and it is at a dealership. I was wondering if the 2018 - 2021 years were good years for Mazda and if Toyota had any part of ownership in those years? Also what do you think of a 2021 Nissan rogue s with 25,707 miles with a CVT transmission with xtronic? Thank you

I would never buy the Nissan but the Mazda's are usually pretty decent. Especially newer ones like that

Crap. Very troublesome tranny.

It's decent.

If you can go for the 2017, then the Toyota RAV4 made during the time was one of Toyota's best cars ever (It's the good old RAV4 with reinforced structure, the bulletproof-ed 2.5L engine, and the latest gen 6 speed auto)

I like Mazda's. But how much are they asking? Probably close to MSRP with the millage and from a dealership....
