what exactly do you mean by "a maximum range of 100 km" ?

Maybe he means a maximum of 100K "kms" (whatever that is in real mileage) on the odometer? If so tough to find on a car that old.

100,000 km is roughly 62,000 mi.
Good luck with that.

That is so true. Very difficult to find with mileage that low.

It depends on what you are looking for in the way of use.

A daily driver?  Unless someone rebuilt it front to rear (even with low miles) I'm guessing it won't fill that role very well.

If you are looking for a second vehicle, or project car, that may be a lot of fun.

Their reliability was decent (the police loved them), however as the owner of a '94 GM product I would suggest the following.

Check the entire vehicle over for any signs of rust.  Check underneath.  Search for Scotty's video regarding frame rot.

If the car looks good initially, do not purchase it until you've had a mechanic check it out top to bottom.

If the car has been repainted, it either sat out in the sun or was wrecked (or both).  I'm not sure if pre '94 Caprice versions had the infamous GM water based paint issues offhand.

All of the rubber hoses, vacuum lines, electrical connectors etc. (if original) will possibly be rotted or very brittle.

The powertrains were durable, however a mechanic can perform the appropriate tests for you.

Keep a high standard of what you are looking for.  If it doesn't meet your expectations, go on to the next one.
