Hi Scotty,
I have an automatic 2014 Honda Civic with about 76,000 miles on it. We have just purchased and changed new brake pads for the tires and we hav bled them but my brake pedal still feels extremely loose and sinks to the floor and does not feel as hard as it was before. Please help me know what to do, we have bled all brakes about twice and still not seeing any results and I do not feel safe driving on my car anymore as my brakes are not what they used to be. (FYI: the change in brakes occurred right after we changed one brake pad and then decided the change all of them to see if that might help in any way)
You might still have air within your hydraulic brake system or your bleed off valves have not been tightened fully.
What order did you bleed the brakes? The correct order is right rear, left rear, right front, left front. Left is drivers, right is passenger.
You could have a failed master cylinder
