Hi! I Need opinions on a new car purchase. I'm deciding between a Mazda3, a Genesis G70, a Ford Mustang, or a Chevy Camaro. The initial purchase cost I can evaluate for myself based on the price tag, but I'm wondering about reliability and costs down the road. If I get the Genesis, it will probably be a newer used model (2018-2020), but the other cars I will likely be buying new because I want all the gadgets. Out of these cars, how would you rank them in terms of reliability and repair costs over time?
Thanks for the help!

The Mazda 3 would be the only even remotely reliable car in that list. The Genesis is an overpriced Hyundai, the Mustang has many known problems, and the Camaro is a car waiting to die any day now.
That is a huge variance of vehicles . On that list I wouldn't even think of purchasing any vehicle besides the Mazda.
I would place my bets on the the Mazda3. The other don’t really have a good low maintenance and repair cost history.
FWIW, I like all the bells and whistles on the Genesis, I just don’t like the projected reliability of the brand. And I also like the fun of the Mustang and Camaro, but I also don’t like to spend too much on maintenance.
The Mazda3 is the only option on this list worth considering. From a quick search the Mazda3 sedan starts at $20800 and the hatchback version starts at $22750. So if you want a reliable and low maintenance/repair cost vehicle with these price ranges it would definitely be worth considering Honda or Toyota cars. For example you can get a brand new Corolla or Civic in these price ranges and they're reliable cars.
