Lubeguard ATF in honda

Hi Scotty, huge fan, wanted to know your thoughts on this.

I have a 2008 Honda Odyssey with 95000 miles. (3.5 V6). I have done a complete ATF fluid exchange (4x drain and fills) with Lubeguard ATF (whole fluid not additive). Lubeguard says it is compatible with Hondas fluid. I think it shifts just fine but there is still the thought in the back of my mind that I should still be using only Honda ATF. Any thoughts on lubeguard ATF on the Odyssey?

If I were you, I would drain the ATF and fill with Honda Fluid. Honda automatic transmission is very sensitive to the fluid and you do not want to gamble on that.

Honda automatic transmissions are already weak so I would stick to OEM transmission fluid to give it the best chance to last as long as possible.  I would also change the transmission fluid (drain and fill with filter change, if applicable) every 40,000 miles.
