How do I fix DTC P0171, P0332 and P102

I’ve seen videos where they say disconnecting the harness to MAF sensor and if the car dies then the sensor is good. Why would the car continue to run if the sensor is bad? I’m working on an 02 Pontiac Bonneville that is throwing a few different codes. Has 111k miles and codes include P0171, P0332 and P102

Thanks for your time.

It would be a lot better to do some actual diagnostics.

The computer can tell if the sensor is acting up. It switches to using internal pre-programmed (un-optimised) default values.

But this isn't the best way to check if it's bad. It's more effective to read the MAF rate using a diagnostic tool.

P102 isn't a valid DTC. It should have 4 digits.

Look up your codes on obd-codes.com and follow the troubleshooting there.
