Maintenence required light flashes for a few seconds after startup

I have an 06 toyota highlander with 123k miles and the maintenence required light flashes for a few seconds after starting the car up (warm or cold start) then shuts off. Is this a cause for concern? I just had the tires changed as well as the 3 front spark plugs removed recently, also the oil looks fine still.

It's reminding you to change your oil. Details in vehicle operating manual.

Put them back in (preferably with new ones)!

You right! Can't get a v6 to run on only 3 cylinders (unless it's a chevy)!

poor man's cylinder deactivation 😆

Absolutely no reason for concern.

I have a 1981 Toyota and every 30,000 miles, the sensor light on the panel comes on.  Turns out, this light is connected to the odometer and is supposed to remind you to check the function of the 02 sensor, the only sensor on the engine.  Under the dashboard is a small white plastic box with a black switch in it that, when moved to the opposite position, turns the light off for another 30,000 miles.
