My neighbors need to replace the rear bumper on their 1999 Matrix S. No luck finding the part near Fredericksburg, VA. Appreciate suggestions for a reliable source.

Are you SURE it's a 1999? I'm pretty sure that the first ones sold were 02 sold as 03 models.

My bad. You are correct. I should have typed 2009.

Likewise, rockauto.com does not list a Matrix prior to the 2003 models.

Also, check the local junkyards. That might save them the trouble of getting a new bumper painted..
