Hey Scotty I have a Automatic 2014 Toyota Matrix with 220,000 kms on it, sometimes the transmission shifts down really badly, for example when your on the highway and try to increase your speed on an Slight incline, dealer said there were no updates on the car, car has no engine light, any recommendations?

My 09 Matrix at !20 K miles was occasionally downshifting harshly, so I drained and refilled the trans fluid, and it's downshifted smoothly since, so that might be the first thing you try.
