I have a 2018 Ford egosport 3 cylinder engine with the turbo boost. It has 25,000 miles on it I have been using full syn 0/20 since I bought it with 14,000. I would like to know if I should change to the new 0/16 and which label. I also have been using premium fuel because the book says reg will work but recommends a high grade fuel

According to your owner's manual on page 279, you are supposed to be using 5w-20 oil, not 0w-20.

Do not change the oil viscosity.
About the fuel grade, you don't need to use premium and it is basically wasting money if you use premium gas.
