Yes those can be very reliable vehicles for a long time Just make sure to have a mechanic check it out first before you buy it and Mazda Parterned with Toyota a little bit like Scotty said in his vidoes and Mazdas arent jatco transmissions.

Thanks for the reply

These generations of Mazda seem to be pretty good if you can get a good deal compared to a Civic or something then why not they are great cars. Mazda hasn't been using Jatco transmissions for about 15 years now. They used to use Ford engines as well. The Mazda 3 since 2014 uses a Skyactiv engine made by Mazda and a 6 speed automatic that is a Mazda design, and they are pretty good designs.

This third Gen Mazda3 (MYs 2014-2018) was overall pretty good.  The transmission is Mazda’s SKYACTIV-Drive 6-speeds.  Not too many complaints about the transmissions.

Also, which engine option are you looking at, the 2.0 or 2.5L version?  I ask because in 2015 the 6-speed Manual was offered on the larger 2.5L engine, which is always tempting. 🙂

2.0, it's the mazda 3 I sv very basic version, was wondering do any one knows about the Android radio upgrades sold on eBay?
