Hi i own a mazda cx 5 2021.
I did my first oil change today and noticed that the oil had a gassy smell.
I thought that smell was normal because of that breakin in oil.
So right after my oil change i drove like 60 kms. Came back home and the dip stick smell like gas again.
I tried to Light it up and it wont catch on fire so is it really gas ?
Is that smell normal with new engine ?

With a new engine, there will be a lot of blowby until the rings seat in.
