Hi. Is this a good deal?
2001 automatic Toyota Tundra SR5 with 403,000 miles from private seller. Only thing needed is a/c compressor. New battery, tires, timing belt. KBB says 8400. Is there something we should be asking with such a discrepancy?

Yes, a much lower price, it's at the end of it's life. KBB is a bad joke.

Right out the gate you are looking at paying at least $7000 to get it road worthy, and AC working. For a vehicle with over 400k miles, that is a big gamble. Yes they can go a long time, but you just don't know.
A quick search and I found some with half the mileage for around $7000.
