I didn't see an answer for this on the Ram 1500.

MDS does not come on. I'm ok with that. I'd rather run without it. CEL stays on. ECM can't tell cylinder 1 to turn on MDS. It's the ECM not the electricals at the cylinder. How can I delete the MDS so it won't light up the CEL? It's not just an annoyance, I won't or don't know when there is an actual problem. 

ECM is out of production. Don't want to spend $$$$ on remanufactured/aftermarket plus all the other parts. Don't want the MDS to turn on anyway.
Don't want to spend $$$$ rebuilding the engine for MDS delete.
Range Technology does not have a product for this truck.

Thoughts?
