Hi Scotty,
I have a 1979 300SD with about 170k miles.
As the title suggests, there is an idle shake. Could it be that the Bosch injection pump need recalibration?

It could be but often just old age you might have a pro diesel mechanic try cleaning the injection system with this pressure equipment

I put in a set of new injector nozzles
set to 1950PSI and ran diesel purge. would it still need to be cleaned by a diesel professional?
