Hi Scotty, I was wondering, Mercedes are known for having electrical issues like mad, however are they mechanically sound? Like do they have weak engine components, transmissions, etc. I know Audi and BMW are known for both electrical and mechanical failure early in their lifespan, but are Mercedes any different or are they same problem, different brand.

Mercedes makes excellent engines with manual transmission. The electronics and over engineered stuff that break, make them unreliable.
