Hello Scotty.
I hear an irritating grinding metal noise from the back tyre of my 2010 Toyota Corolla anytime I slow down.
I've had all four shocks changed but still nothing.
Kindly assist.

Have you checked the wheel bearings on your rear wheels? If one or both of those were worn, they could cause a grinding noise.

Did you remove the wheel and inspect the brakes yet?
You could just have a pebble or debris stuck in there.
