Vehicle seems to hesitate at the top of gear 3 and just seems low power. Also a palpable but not audible knock that you can feel in the break pedal. Poor idle as well. whats wrong?
I have replaced spark plugs, coils, fuel filter. Cleaned off maf sensor. No engine codes. 06 ford focus zx3. 127k miles. Manual transmission.

Did you pressure test the fuel pump after you replaced the fuel filter?
Also a palpable but not audible knock that you can feel in the break pedal
Check the front brakes. Make sure the pads are not touching the rotors.
Poor idle as well
Do you have access to live data? If so, check the MAF sensor.
