Can a clutch or flywheel cause a misfire? Had the clutch and flywheel changed 2 summers ago. Getting P0300 thru P0304 codes. Changed spark plugs, coils, knock sensor, adjusted fuel injectors. Honda civic si 2015. Bought to Honda and this is what they are saying but I don’t trust them as they said it was the fuel injectors, and everything else mentioned to only get the codes again. The cost is overwhelming. Already spent 2600. Now they are asking 3400 more which I can’t. Please help!!!! A mother of one barely making it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!

No, unless maybe wiring was somehow disturbed while the job was being done. If that were the case a problem would have shown up right away.

Many things can cause misfires. Could be as simple as a vacuum leak or as bad as internal engine problems, and lots of stuff in-between. Start with the troubleshooting steps detailed in the site FAQ.

You should consider not going back to Honda for repairs. It appears that they charged you a lot without doing proper diagnostics and wasted your money. Ask around and see if anyone can recommend a quality local mechanic, stay away from chain stores like Goodyear, Pep Boys and the like. If no one you know can recommend someone, go to your local auto parts stores and find someone who has worked on the parts counter for years, ask them for recommendations. Good luck.
