I have a 2019 Dodge Durango automatic transmission 60000 miles , it does not have a drain plug on the transmission, how do I change the fluid ?

Drop the transmission pan.

Unfortunately, that will be a messy job. If you have an additional set of hands to steady the pan as it's removed that would help.
Before you drop the pan, search online for a replacement pan with a drain plug that will work with your transmission for future fluid changes.
If you find one, you'll only have to deal with the mess once.
