Mitsubishi lancer clicking when steering

Mitsubishi lancer 1.6 2016, has 85k miles, just recently the car started making like a click sound when I am turning the steering, you can barely hear it but it's noticeable, it's more of a feeling than the sound, when I steer (specially in idle or at low speeds) I can feel something like a click, and whenever that happens the brake pedal also feels like it vibrates with the steering, it's not loud or very noticeable but it's there, seems like something is wrong

What could be the issue?

Generally clicking is a worn suspension part. So watch my video how to check out your own car suspension. Scotty. It's on YouTube and I'll show you how you can check to see if ball joints or tie rods are worn or if any bushings are worn causing clacky. You jacked the car up in here and pull on the wheels as the video shows to try to replicate the sound
