Scotty, I have a 2007 Sport Trac. 185000 miles Bought it used 7 months ago. I have been using full synthetic oil. Question is should I change it every 3000 or 5000 miles. Oil change places say both. Manufacturers say 5000 but I need expert advise. Thank You

This has been discussed to death here, you might want to search the board and check the FAQ. A quick answer is that every 5000 miles or one year, whichever comes first, is fine.
