I was at autozone and the stp filters for my car low and mid grade filters when I took them out the box both had moisture inside them will somebody explain this to me thanks

Well of course they should have no moisture in them a lot of the good filters come with a plastic film sealed over the end cap anyway I would buy a different brand there obviously not transporting them correctly and they're getting moisture in them

Try the Fram Extra Guard filter.
