In the winter it runs fine. Come summer it runs fine for an hour or so then once its good and hot and its over 80 degrees outside it still runs fine as long as you're moving but when you stop and then try to take off it sputters like it's going to die then all of a sudden takes off, and as long as you're moving it runs fine again, stop and it does same thing sputters. Fuel pump?

Could be but I think there is a small evap control valve under the tank that may be clogged up. There is also an air injection control valve and air emission smog vacuum sensor that should be checked.
