2013 f 150 5.0 STX i had found a 1 amp draw on circuit # 11 fuse owner manual list as the instrument cluster. Do I have to pull the cluster and do some sorta relay test..? this body style has at least 4 typical currant draw issues. Instrument cluster, Park Switch, Ignition key switch and Body Control Module.. Again circuit fuse# 11 having over a 1.04 mamp draw had meter inline connected 2 hours door switches closed key out of ignition. tested across fuses w/ volt meter found circuit fuse # 11 at 4 volt dc.
other circuits #9 is 1 volt, #26 is .5 milliv, #46 .2 milliv. but # 11 that is my red flag.

Well I would start by taking the dash apart and unplugging the instrument cluster. If the draw goes away then you know it's in the instrument cluster and then buy a used one from a junkyard
