2011 Nissan Sentra 148k miles. Lately it has been running louder, sounds like around the muffler. Any advice on what to check, or just go ahead and replace it?

It may have a hole in it or just be worn out. You can replace the muffler at any exhaust shop. They can also tell you for sure what is wrong.

Cool! Why pay for a loud modified exhaust, when you get one from Nissan, absolutely free?!
